Booking A Party

When booking a party at Little Bugs Soft Play you get exclusive use of the venue for 2 Hours.

Party Bookings are available Saturdays 2PM–4PM / Sunday 10AM–12PM / 2PM–4PM

Set-up Time – You will have 30 Mins before your booked party start time. You are required to leave the venue within 30 mins of the end time.

You can have up to 25 Children attend the party including the birthday child.

Cost & Deposit 
-A party is £200 which includes a £90 non-refundable deposit which is required to confirm a booking. Until the deposit is paid the date will still be offered to others who enquire.
-The balance is due 30 days prior to your Exclusive Party Venue Hire date and is also non-refundable. 
-If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to the party date then the full amount is required to confirm the booking.
-If Little Bugs Soft Play is required to close due to unforeseen circumstances, then either an alternative date will be offered or a full refund. No refunds will be offered if the booker and/or guests are unable to attend on their selected date.

NO Food is included - You are more than welcome to bring your own food.
-We do not allow any nuts or nut products on the premises.
-We have 3 6ft children’s height tables to accommodate up to 25 children. They will be laid end to end creating one long table. You can place your food down the middle of this table setup or we can move the small round tables together and you can have the food off to one side.
 
Drinks package for Children – Unlimited Jugs of squash/water – Available for £10 upon request. You can have a choice of the following squash flavours; Orange, Apple & Blackcurrant or Lemon.
The café will be open for Parents & guests to purchase drinks throughout the duration of the party.

Birthday Cake & Candles – Please bring your own cake and candles. Little Bugs will provide matches/Lighter. Please do not bring your own knife. Little Bugs staff will cut your cake using our knives behind the counter.

Final Numbers – Please provide final numbers 3 days prior to your party date.

Decorations – Balloons and banners are allowed but must NOT be stuck to the walls as this damages the paintwork. Table Confetti or Balloon Confetti is NOT permitted under any circumstances as it travels in to the Soft Play frame.
