How long can we stay?Session lengths are not restricted but during peak times if we get to high capacity we may put time restrictions in place, but you will be notified of this on entry. The average time visitors stay is 1.5-2 hours.

What facilities are available?We have an Accessible Toilet with Baby Changing unit at the back of the venue. We have plenty of Tables & chairs for spectators and we have Highchairs available on a first come first serve basis.

Do you take cash payment?We do not take any cash on the premises. We are a card only business. Our card machine accepts contactless; Apple/Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Where can we park?There is on road parking outside the soft play and on the opposite side of the road. Please be aware this has a 30min restriction. There is a Tesco car park 2 min walk away. See out Contact page for a map location.

What food & drink do you offer?We offer great bean to cup coffee, Tea and Luxury hot chocolates. We offer fresh smoothies and milkshakes too! We offer affordable food for example; Toast, Crumpets and Tea cakes with accompanying preserves. We have a great selection of freshly made cakes and bakes but also offer some healthier food for like Organix/Kiddylicious snacks and PIP organic fruit juices.

What age is the Soft Play for?The soft play equipment is for aged 5 years and under, Older children are permitted to enter the venue but are not allowed to use the Soft Play equipment. We provide an under 2's area and a main multi level soft play frame for all children up to 5 years. When we state 5 years, this includes the whole year they are 5, up to but not including the day they turn 6 years old.

Can we visit of my child has been poorly?If your child has had sickness or upset stomach, please do not attend the soft play until 48 hours from when the last episode has occurred. If your child has a contagious rash or illness, please do not attend the soft play as we wouldn't want to spread it to other visitors. We have lots of babies and young children here, we don’t want to help the germs spread. If a child has a contagious illness like hand, foot and mouth or chicken pox, please do not attend the soft play until all scabs have crusted over. If a child becomes ill during their visit unfortunately we do request that the child is taken home immediately for the benefit of our other customers. If you are unsure if you should attend, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Are you open during school holidays?We are open until 12.30pm each day during school holidays unless otherwise notified. We run some special events during the holidays, check out our Book Online page and social media pages for further details.

How late can we attend?Last entry is 30 mins before closing. Last drinks served are 15 mins before we close.

How can I book a party?Please fill out out enquiry form on our party page or email us on littlebugssoftplay@gmail.com, Please include the date you are requesting and we will be in touch within 2-3 working days to confirm if the date/time is available. If the date is available, we will request you fill our out Party booking details form. Once this is returned we will setup an invoice and request your deposit payment. We will then gather further information from you within the week prior to your booking date to facilitate the setup of your booking.

Where can I put my pushchair/buggy?There is a designated area at the front of the soft play to leave your pushchair/buggy, this is to ensure you and your children continue to have a safe environment to play and explore. Where possible during busy periods, please collapse any pushchairs/buggies down.

Do you have decaffeinated drinks?We have decaf coffee and decaf tea available.

Do you have alternative milks?We have Oat Milk and Almond milk available as an alternative to cows milk for your hot beverages.

Do you have dairy free butter?We do have Dairy free butter, it is suitable to vegetarians and vegans too.

Do you sell fizzy drinks?We do NOT sell any fizzy drinks, we try to promote more natural and fresh beverages for adults and children.
