What to expect...

We are lucky to have Individuality Training’s expert instructors offering a comprehensive 'mini' first-aid course for infants and children. The course is run by either Kristin or Gerard Maguire. This two-hour evening course, is designed for parents, grandparents, and caregivers. With only 12 participants its easy to ask questions and get to know other local parents. Participants will gain the confidence to effectively respond to medical emergencies, with a particular emphasis on choking (identification, symptoms, and treatment), CPR (infant and child, including defibrillation), and the management of bumps, burns, stings, and bleeding. Arrival at 6.45pm with choice of welcome drink, with the class running 7pm – 9pm (with a small break in the middle) Tickets – £20 per adult, includes a hot or cold drink. (Bean to cup coffees, selection of teas and hot chocolate as well as an small choice of cold non-alcoholic beverages) This course is not suitable for children (young babies in arms are welcome). The café will be open all evening. Car parking provided through FREE on street parking opposite the café (On the main road, in parking bays) *Please note this is not a certified course*
