Private Hire - Terms & Conditions

Arrival/Finishing Up
You have 30 Mins before your booked party start time to setup any decorations/layout your food if you haven't chosen one of our hands off packages. Once your party has finished (either 4pm or 12pm depending on the day), You are required to return the venue how you found it
I.E. all balls back into the ball pits, all rubbish in the bags provided and all balloons/decorations removed. You will need to leave the venue within 30 mins of the end time.

Setup
We have 3 different setups that you can choose from;
1. 'The Usual' - The chairs and tables exactly as they are on a normal day.
2. 'Buffet Style' - A few tables are setup as a buffet table to create a food area. In the buggy area, a table for party bags and a table for presents. The rest of the tables remain the in the same layout.
3. 'Party Time' - We use our children's tables and chairs to create a party table and a few tables are setup as a buffet table to create a food area. In the buggy area, a table for party bags and a table for presents.


Capacity & Age
Max. 25 Children (including the birthday child.)
Max 35 Adults (including the hirers)
As the event is a private event, we allow a few older children like siblings and cousins to use the equipment up to the age of 10 years.


Birthday Cake & Candles
Feel free to bring your own cake and candles. Little Bugs will provide a Lighter. Please DO NOT bring your own knife. Little Bugs staff will cut your cake using our knife behind the counter.

Decorations

Balloons and banners are allowed/welcomed but must NOT be stuck to the walls as this damages the paintwork.
Unless using our in house tape that is low tack.
Don't fancy decorating yourself, check out our party packages and extras.
Decorations can be attached to the hooks provided, the entry barrier, climbing frame netting and tables.*
*Table Confetti/Balloon Confetti/Glitter is NOT permitted under any circumstances as it travels in to the Soft Play and can damage the equipment.
Cost & Deposit 
A Basic hire is £200 which includes a £90 non-refundable deposit which is required to confirm a booking.

Once the invoice is issued, you have 3 days to pay the deposit. If the deposit isn't paid within 3 days, the date will still be offered to others who enquire. 

The balance is due 30 days prior to your Exclusive Venue Hire date and is also non-refundable once paid.* 
If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to the party date then the full amount is required to confirm the booking.
No refunds will be offered if the booker and/or guests are unable to attend on their selected date for any reason. Please let us know if they party is no longer going ahead so we can inform staff.
*If Little Bugs Soft Play is required to close due to unforeseen circumstances, then either an alternative date will be offered or a refund of the balance will be given excluding the deposit.

Final Numbers
Please provide final numbers at least 5 days prior to your party date.
If you have a food package, final numbers are due 2 weeks before the party date due to letting the caterers know.
